Winter Night
Chapter 1 It was a cold night. The night was cold as the winter's wind blows by pushing whatever comes in front of it. Zumsel was standing on the rooftop, she looks down at the beautiful Thimphu city. She was thinking where she was and why was she even here. Zumsel looks down at her hands, it was pearly white yet cold as snow. Her lower lips trembling slightly. She didn't want to think about anything, she just stands there silently and tried to empty her stormy mind. She crouches down and hugged her legs as she breathes slowly, she felt like crying until she felt a firm grip on her shoulder. she was surprised; she slowly turns around to see who it was. she looks up and sees Wangchuck. He looked down at her, his eyes softens as he sees how broken and fragile she looked. The moonlight hitting her pearly white skin, making it glow even brighter. She looks at him with her deep brown eyes yet tired. Wangchuk slowly sat next to her, making sure he did scare her and looked at her. ...
